There is a noticeable delay when opening the right-click menu in Windows 11
When I right-click a file or folder on the desktop or in File Explorer, the context menu takes 2–3 seconds to fully appear; however, it returns to normal on the second right-click. I have tried disabling third-party right-click menu extensions, but the problem persists.

Hi Henry, if the first right-click is slow but the second is normal, Windows may be waiting on a shell or sync integration. Try right-clicking a simple local file outside OneDrive or synced folders and compare it with the desktop. If it only happens in synced locations, check OneDrive, backup tools, antivirus, or file-status icon extensions.
