There are two duplicate OneDrive entries in the left navigation pane of Windows 11 File Explorer
Hi, duplicate OneDrive entries are usually caused by a stale shell namespace entry, a personal/work OneDrive registration that did not clean up, or a profile-level Explorer cache issue.
I would try this order:
1. Confirm whether both entries open the exact same folder path.
2. Fully exit OneDrive from the tray icon, then run `onedrive.exe /reset`.
3. Reboot and sign back in to OneDrive.
4. Create a temporary Windows profile and check whether File Explorer shows one or two entries there.
If the new profile is clean, the problem is likely in the current user's Explorer namespace registry entries. I would be very cautious editing those manually. Export the registry first, then look under the current user's Explorer/Desktop namespace keys for duplicate OneDrive CLSID entries. If you are not comfortable with that, it is safer to repair the profile or have support look at it.
