Ensure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date. Microsoft often releases updates that address bugs and issues, including problems with desktop customization.
- This can't be a serious response. Windows updates automatically, so the idea of "ensure you have the latest updates" is about 20 years out of date - back when I had to dial in.
