The Windows 11 search bar isn't working; the cursor keeps refreshing every second.

I'm using a new Windows ARM laptop, the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge, and it suddenly started acting up. The taskbar won't open, and the cursor is refreshing every second, as if it's constantly reloading. This issue started after a restart and still hasn't been resolved.

I've installed all available updates, restarted File Explorer via Task Manager, and even tried ending the Search process. None of these steps have helped.
