First thing I’d grab is the exact stop code and any files in C:WindowsMinidump. Those small dump files are the best clue for what driver or component is involved.
I’d also update BIOS/UEFI, chipset, storage, network, and graphics drivers from the PC maker, not just Windows Update. Then run Windows Memory Diagnostic and check disk health. Random blue screens are usually driver, RAM, storage, overheating, or firmware until the dump points somewhere more specific.
