The RGB lighting on the fan remains on after the Windows 11 system computer enters sleep mode.

After the computer enters sleep mode, the fan stops spinning but the RGB lighting remains constantly on (it turns off normally during the first sleep cycle but fails to do so in subsequent sleep cycles). I have reinstalled the operating system and ruled out interference from third-party lighting control software. I suspect this is caused by abnormal hardware control due to Windows updates. Seeking a solution.

In Device Manager, under Universal Serial Bus controllers, right-click each USB Root Hub → Properties → Power Management tab, uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
