The PC runs jerkily when it resumes after the screen saver

I'm posting here, but I'm not sure if it's an operating system problem
. Here's the following pc

Processor Ryzen 5 3600
Ram 2 x HyperX Predator Black 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Dual Channel Kit
Video Gainward GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER Ghost 6GB GDDR6 192-bit
Windows 11 pro 24H2, build 26100.4652
If I leave the pc on for a while, the screen saver comes on, then if I move the mouse to return to the pc, it starts to run jerkily, it has a delay of about 1 - 2 seconds, it's like it's freezing!
what could it be?
