The camera on my Lenovo laptop won't turn on, but my friend's laptop of the same model works fine.

The camera does not work after reinstalling the system. Updating the driver and uninstalling the device did not work. Only reinstalling the third-party system worked. The original Win11 did not work. I feel like something is missing. I need your help.
