The best way to autofill contribute artist for mp3 files?
When filling out details of a song in the "Details" tab in a file's properties, it used to be that when I went to type the artist's name in the "Contributing artists" section, when I typed a letter, a little menu would pop under it that would have autofill suggestions for what I was about to type.
I type H and then click on 'Heaven Pierce Her' rather than typing the entire name. It was very convenient. However, it seems to be gone now. I'm not sure why or what I did, but I'd like to re-enable it if possible. And maybe a similar menu for "Album" would be nice too.

Use MP3Tag, it's much better at filling in track/album details.
Make sure that your user account has appropriate permissions to edit file properties. Right-click the file, go to Properties > Security, and check the permissions for your user account.
