Text Files Taking a Long Time to Open

I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with text file opening speed in Windows 11. Normally, text files open quickly, but there's a noticeable delay even with small text files in Windows 11. I suspect the new UWP Notepad app is the cause of this slowdown. Have you also encountered this problem?
