tethering problem

I have a problem with windows 11 tethering, I wanted to connect my iphone 15 to the pc to be able to use the phone's hotspot on the pc, I connected the pc and the phone via USB, the pc detects it, but when I go to the network it doesn't find any network, yet the pc detects it as an iphone, and on the phone I have already activated everything necessary.

    1. Reset network settings
    Shortcut: Win + X → Terminal → Enter:

    powershell
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    Reboot your computer

    2. Turn on the hotspot manually
    Win + I → Network and Internet → Mobile Hotspot

    Select Wi-Fi sharing or USB sharing

    Click Edit → Set Network Name/Password → Save
