Taskbar weather widget shows wrong temp and Fahrenheit – no option to change it

The weather widget on my taskbar is showing the wrong temperature and stuck in Fahrenheit even though I'm in a Celsius region. It says it's 63°F right now when it's actually 17°C outside. The problem is I can't even change it because there's no weather app or widget installed that I can access.

I tried installing MSN Weather and set my location manually, but nothing changed—couldn't even add it as a widget. Location services are on and I've set a default location in Windows settings, but the widget still doesn't seem to care.

I know I could just turn widgets off, but I'd actually like to have a working one if possible. Running OS build 26200.9168. Anyone know how to fix this?
