Taskbar settings

I had for the longest time kept my taskbar at the top of my screen while I used windows 10 and I preferred it that way. However I recently bought a new pc and it came with windows 11, as windows 10 only has about 1 more year of support before getting cut off. I read that they completely removed the ability and now I don't have the option of moving it at all which I honestly not very happy about. I really wish they'd at least add back the ability to place your taskbar on whatever part of the screen you wanted. That aside, I just prefer the simple linear design of Windows 10, 11 just feels too round.

    Hi Vernai5986,

I can understand your frustration regarding the inability to move the taskbar in Windows 11, a feature that was appreciated in Windows 10 for its flexibility.

In Windows 11, the taskbar is currently fixed at the bottom of the screen, and there's no option to relocate it to the top or sides. Microsoft introduced this design change to create a centered and streamlined look.
