Please follow the steps below to configure the Windows taskbar:
- Open the Settings by pressing Win + I
- Go to the following location:
Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar Behaviors
Check the option, Show my taskbar on all displays as shown in screenshot.Taskbar issue on 2nd screen
It is checked.
The task bar does pop up if I right-click. But that is not the correct behavior.
