svchost.exe high CPU usage - solved
I dont know when it started happening, but I was getting a CPU spike from svchost.exe on startup This lasted about 30 seconds then the CPU cooled off. I found that Superfetch was causing it. ...
The specific service under svchost.exe was UdkUserSvc causing the high CPU usage; spike.
I found that Superfetch was causing it.
By disabling Sysmain service the CPU spike seems to have been resolved
