Stop code problem

Hi, I'm facing a persistent issue with my Windows 11 system that is part of a dual boot setup with Ubuntu after I updated the windows OS two days back.After the windows update I lost the GRUB file and so I can't boot into ubuntu. Recently, my Windows started showing the error: "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you." This happens even after I did a complete reset of Windows (keeping my files).

    Force your PC to shut down (hold the power button) three times to trigger Windows Recovery.

    After writing down the blue screen error code, run sfc /scannow to repair the system files, uninstall the recent updates, update the problematic drivers, and backup the data before resetting the system if there are frequent blue screens.
