If you haven't already, try booting into Safe Mode. This can help you determine whether the issue is related to drivers or software, as Safe Mode loads only essential drivers and processes.
Force a boot into the Windows Recovery Environment (by interrupting the boot process) and choose Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Startup Settings -> Restart, then press 4 for Safe Mode.
