Speech Recognition _Training_ for Windows 11 24H2

After much searching, including this site, there appears no confirmation that voice recognition training is available in Windows 11 24H2. Prove me wrong or suggestions for how to achieve it are solicited!

Windows has a speech recognition feature that allows dictation and voice commands, but it largely relies on cloud-based Microsoft speech services and does not prominently include a user-in-the-loop training process.

Windows 11 24H2 has indeed removed the legacy "Windows Speech Recognition" (WSR) training feature that existed in older versions. Microsoft has shifted focus to Voice Access and cloud-based speech recognition (e.g., Windows Dictation powered by Azure AI), which don’t require manual voice training.
