Something is preventing shortcut keys from working

CTRL + SHIFT + A and CTRL + SHIFT + Z amidst 1 or 2 others are not working in my Adobe apps and I'm not sure which app is conflicting.

Is there a way to find out? I have to constantly remap key shortcuts across apps and it's an issue. I tried exiting all unused apps, no luck.

At first it was ChatGPT with CTRL + SPACE but I fixed that, now unsure.
