Skip a Windows 11 update?

Hello guys and gals!

So the most recent Win 11 update completely broke my system to the point that I had to uninstall it. Afterwards, everything went back to normal. 

Now my PC obviously wants to reinstall said update again, so I am currently trying my best to avoid updates. 

Is there a way to 

1. Find out what update exactly caused the issues and
2. Block it somehow?
