Shutdown problem with a new notebook

1. Basic troubleshooting 
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to force the computer to shut down and then restart to test 
Check if all Windows updates have been completed 
2. Power settings adjustment 
Control Panel→Power Options→Select Power Button Functions 
Click on "Change Currently Unavailable Settings" 
Uncheck the box to "Enable Fast Startup" 
3. Driver checking 
Device Manager→System Devices 
Check if there is a yellow exclamation mark on the "ACPI" related drivers 
Right-click to update all system device drivers Update all system device drivers 
4. Check key services 
Win+R type "services.msc" 
Make sure the following services are "running": 
Windows Management Instrumentation 
User Manager 
5. BIOS setup 
Press F2/Del to enter the BIOS 
Restore default settings (Load Optimum Settings) Load Optimised Defaults 
Check if there is a BIOS update available 
6. System Repair 
Run Administrator CMD: 
sfc /scannow 
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
