Should I uninstall the Windows 11 system update KB5063878?
The recently installed Windows 11 update KB5063878 may cause system abnormalities. Is it recommended to uninstall it? Are there any security risks or functionality losses after uninstalling it?

If KB5063878 has not caused any issues, there is no need to uninstall it (security updates are recommended to be retained). If you wish to uninstall it, you can do so via Settings > Update history > Uninstall updates.
If there is no issue on your PC, just keep it. However, I have heard a lot of compliants about this update.
