Should I go to windows 11?
Hello all, a few days ago I got a Lenovo ThinkPad x1 yoga 2nd generation from my dad who had a few extra computers laying around. While doing updates I noticed that windows 10 will stop being supported in October. However, this computer is not compatible for the upgrade, but I've seen it's still possible to get the upgrade. So, my question is, is it worth it to get the upgrade and if so, how do you do it? I don't know that much about computers, so any advice helps. thanks!

First of all, you can check Windows 11 eligibility with PC Health Check.
If your system is not eligible for Windows 11, you can enroll for extended updates on Windows 10 using this guide:
If you get This PC meets Windows 11 requirements with PC Health Check app, then you can use Windows 11 Installation Assistant which you can download from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
Alternatively, you can try manual upgrade using ISO file. Follow these steps:
- Download Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft website.
- Double click on it to mount it to a DVD drive.
- Then go to DVD drive, double click on setup.exe to proceed.
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete upgrade.
Refer detailed instructions in this step-by-step guide:
