Settings turns red and then crashed when clicking on "7 day" option in battery on Windows

As the title suggests, for some reason on Windows 11, when I pressed on the "Last 7 days" option in the battery usage section of settings, the settings app takes a few seconds to process something, turns completely red for a split second, and then crashes. This didn't happen when I looked at this option a few days ago.

Ever since I last checked the 7 days battery history, I generated an energy-report.html and a battery-report.html in command prompt with admin privileges which might have messed something up. In addition, my laptop has been unplugged for ~36 hours and automatically shut itself down which, too, might have affected something. The two screenshots below show the settings app loading something when pressing "Last 7 days", and it subsequently flashing red for a split second before closing itself. I appreciate any assistance, thank you!
