Settings crashes when trying to open the app Fault offset: 0x00000000000116de

I was watching a movie on my laptop and I had my laptop connected to a speaker via the 3.5mm audio jack. After my laptop died and I went to plug it and I tried to connect my headphones via bluetooth I tried to open the action center via Win + A but the menu crashed. Then I tried to open the settings app and then the settings app crashed. I tried a couple fixes here and there including DISM online restore health and sfc /scannow from CMD but to no avail.

I just realised that Windows somehow went to its previous version of Windows 11.

How do I fix it?

I used to be on the latest version of Windows 25H2.
