Settings / Windows Update / only displaying more options for an admin user

Hello,

Have a W11 computer where Windows Update was previously working normally.

DISM /scanhealth and /restorehealth completed OK

sfc /scannow completed OK

Have checked Group Policy for both Computer and User and all WU settings are Not Configured
