Setting up a laptop for a Club
Unhappily it's not mine, I bought it on behalf of a Club of which I am the Treasurer and SysAdmin and it is to run their scoring software on and it needs to be capable of being operated by anybody in the Club without undue difficulty. How do I set it up for minimum difficulty in anybody logging into it and without using my personal email account ? Obviously my primary concern is not system security as there will no personal information on this computer.
Our last computer, which died two weeks ago, used a PIN to login to Win 10 and I had this, along with the answers to the three security questions, printed on the login screen. If it is possible to set it up to use a Pin that would be ideal. Our last PIN was 1,2,3,4,5 ,as I said security of access is not a priority.
This setup makes the laptop very easy to use — just turn it on, and it’s ready to go. Since security isn’t a priority, this is the simplest way to ensure everyone can operate it without fuss.

If the PC is used solely for the scoring software, consider creating a "kiosk mode" setup where only the app runs.

Enter a username like ClubUser (or something easy), and leave the password blank (if you prefer no password). Or, create a simple password like 1234 if you want a tiny layer of security.
