set in English only, the Windows 11 Pro 25H2 OS menus, but still after RESTART the same German
In my PC an HP Z640 on Windows 11 Pro for Workstations 25H2, purchased from eBay. Some Windows menus are in German e.g. in Settings... due initial Installation was German Windows 11 Pro for Works...
Ensure Windows Update is current, as updates can fix language-related bugs. You can also try resetting the language settings via PowerShell for thorough cleanup.
