"Seeking User Experiences and Opinions for my Laptop Issue"

I am experiencing an issue on my convertible laptop where the laptop and mouse are unavailable upon booting or restarting. Despite ruling out a driver problem, I have discovered that disabling the INTEL INTEGRATED SENSOR in the Device Manager allows access to the laptop and trackpad mouse at startup. However, this also disables the tablet mode functionality.

Has my laptop become stuck in tablet mode? Could the Gyro sensor be malfunctioning? Is there a possible issue with a sensor cable, as the tablet does not automatically adjust orientation from portrait to landscape when rotated?
