Screen resolution options unavailable

After a Windows 11 update today, the screen resolution on my monitor changed and I'm unable to change it back to the resolution it was prior to the update.  There are only three resolution options in display settings (for example, 1920x1080 isn't available anymore).  VGA connection, Lenovo laptop, one year old.  Older Aver monitor, but have never had an issue with any of the hardware.

I've tried restarting several times, unplugging, updating the driver, nothing works.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with an recent updates?
