Screen keep flashing during normal use in Windows 11
I have a problem where my screen would randomly flash (like 0.2 seconds). It has been annoying and straining my eyes for while. I am not able to record the problem as it seems to not show up during screen recording. I have deleted the display driver, but the problem still persists. Has anyone encountered this issue before?
frankyfoo92 im facing the very same issue. Have tried uninstalling, updating removing apps and nothing works…

Hi there,
I tried to format my computer (just the C Drive). It did help for a while.
But I think it got something to do with the CPU security thing. It was recommended to turn on this setting, but I ignored it and the screen haven't flashed from then on.
