Screen goes black
1. Rapid emergency response
Wake up screen key combination:
Press Win + Ctrl + Shift + B (to reset the graphics card driver)
Press Win + P to check if the projection mode is mistakenly set to “Second Screen Only”.
2. Power hard reset:
Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds (for laptops, unplug the charger).
Wait for 1 minute and reboot

Scenario A: External Monitor Problems
Unplug all external monitors/docking stations.
Press Win + P → select “Computer Screen Only” after powering on the computer.
Situation B: Graphics card driver failure
