Safe place to download Windows 11 26H1 ISO image?

Your best and safest choice is to be patient if you are planning to download Windows 11 26H1 ISO . The features in the 26H1 Insider builds will eventually be released to the public as a stable update (likely as the "Windows 11 2025 Update" or similar). The minor new features are not worth the stability and security risks of using a pre-release build on your main computer.
26H1 is NOT a publicly released version yet. It exists only in Microsoft's Insider Program as a testing build. Even if you could get it safely, it would be:
* Unstable and buggy
* Not suitable for daily use
* Missing key security updates
