Hi, after a BIOS update I would check BIOS settings first to make sure the camera or IR device was not disabled. Then in Windows, remove the camera and biometric devices from Device Manager, reinstall the ASUS chipset, camera, and biometric drivers, and set up Windows Hello again. If ASUS has a newer BIOS or a rollback option, that is worth checking before doing cloud recovery.
