Right-click Menu Layout is Restricted

Greetings everyone,

I have encountered an issue when right-clicking on a file or folder located in the bottom half of the screen. There seems to be an abnormality in the tools section of the right-click context menu, as visible in the attached screenshot. The labels for functions like Cut, Copy, and Rename are partially obscured and the length of the ribbon appears slightly shortened. This issue has persisted through the 24H2 builds, even with the current build 26100.1591.

Interestingly, when the file or folder is located in the top half of the screen, the tools ribbon is displayed correctly at the top without any abnormalities.

Moreover, it has been observed that after encountering this faulty right-click context menu once or twice, subsequent right-click menus at the bottom half of the screen display correctly.

I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced this issue. It is worth mentioning that my hardware may not be entirely compatible with the requirements of Windows 11.
