Right click context menu additions missing Windows 11 ARM

I have an old piece of software I use for my work, which hasn‘t had dev done on it for more than a couple years i think it works by allowing a right click drag and drop on a file to show an extra option for the ap to take action i.e. right click drag> copy with program (instead of windows default copy)

The issue is i need this software to work on my MACos virtual machine on apple silicon, meaning i need it to work on Windows 11 for ARM. Can anyone help me add the ones from my standard windows machines to the wherever the other location is on the windows for ARM system?
