right after update 24h2 it wont let me activate windows

I was forced to install update 24h2 and since then it wont let me activate windows (that was activated before the update) I put my windows key again still wont work I am pretty sure my key is not the problem it worked for 6 years it only wont work after this update, also this update makes my bluetooth not work proparly it keeps disconnecting certain devices  the moment I connect them like controllers, I looked around some post and a lot of people having this issue with the bluetooth I cant seem to find a solution
