Resolving Power-Up Problems

When I power on my computer, the startup process can be unpredictable. At times, I'm greeted with the Windows 11 tune but only a black screen. It's intriguing how I can sense when this will occur, thanks to my Velocity One joystick's abundance of lights. If the startup is about to fail, the lights flicker on, off, then on again just before the Windows tune and black screen appear. However, when a successful boot is in progress, the lights illuminate once swiftly, followed by the motherboard splash screen and the login prompt.

In cases of startup failure, I've discovered that cycling the power button off and on a couple of times resolves the issue, though it may require multiple attempts. Once Windows loads, everything runs smoothly, especially for my primary application, MSFS 2020.

The irregular startup issue persists despite reinstalling the GPU as a precaution. It almost feels like a fleeting power disruption occasionally interferes with the boot sequence.
