Remove WIndows 11 "window" stacker drop down
Afternoon from Kenmore WA: Uncertain what the official name for this Windows 11 "feature" is but.... There is a drop down lurking at the top center of the Monitor screen which, if you get too close...

i'm pretty sure the setting you're looking for is Snap Assist. there's a whole bunch of check boxes for it, but you can just turn it off in System > Multitasking settings
