Reinstalled Windows 11, then encountered problems.

After reinstalling the system, it says I need to update the system, but when I check for updates, it says I'm already using the latest version. What's going on? Because the computer belongs to my friend.

Windows 11 updates are delivered in phases. Sometimes, a fresh install might install a version that's considered "up to date" but isn't the latest feature update.

Since your friend's PC is involved, ensure the device isn't managed by an organization with group policies that restrict updates.
