Recall menu appears in start menu?

It may be in your "Optional Features" or in the "more windows features" ... I am running 22631.3737 so I can't really verify what you're seeing... hopefully someone else can help though, but features is the one place I can think of where this might sit.

That's a system file, try to disable it in the settings.

I don't have this in my start menu!
