RDP Issue after Win 11 Upgrade
Greetings Dear Community,
I have recently encountered an issue after upgrading couple of devices in my organization from Windows 10 to 11. To elaborate on this matter, there is an specific server that one of our teams needs to initiate remote session with it via RDP, It's worth mentioning that this Server resides in data center and the connection to it is via tunnel.
Furthermore, after upgrading these clients to Windows 11, whenever they try to start new RDP session with the Server, they face an issue where the display is solid black with incomplete shapes just like pixels ( I have attached the screenshot). In addition, while hovering across other part of the screen they start to load but with delay. metaphorically It's like placing puzzle pieces together. This problem didn't exist before upgrading to 11 and clients who are authenticated to initiate RDP session with this Server had no problem on 10, So it's definitely not about bandwidth or anything related to Network Infrastructure and I have had everything checked with our Network Team. I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.
Thanks

Hello,
I apologize for the late reply. Well I asked this question in community forum and one of the agents replied to it. I'm gonna quote the reply here. " This is a widespread issue and it's already being investigated by our developers. However, I can't provide you the exact root cause of this issue. Temporary solution for now is to replacing the mstsc.exe file with one from an earlier Windows version, such as from 23H2." I have tested this solution and it actually works but you are tweaking with System32 folder and you know the repercussion could have on the System. Other workaround involves having a Windows 11 23H2, which I tested and initiated the RDP session and I don't face get issue with it.
