After performing a BIOS update on my laptop, my built-in touchpad has become completely unresponsive and stops working at random intervals, even though the system shows the device as present in Device Manager. I have already tried reinstalling touchpad drivers and checking Windows settings, but the issue persists, so I am looking for advice on whether this is a known BIOS bug or if there is a specific rollback procedure I should follow to restore normal functionality.
