Rare hardware-induced corruption of system reserved partitions on Windows 11

I'm dealing with a rare and frustrating issue where my system reserved partition on Windows 11 appears to be getting corrupted by something at the hardware level, not by software or malware. This has happened across multiple clean installs and even after replacing my drive, so I'm suspecting a motherboard or firmware quirk is silently damaging that specific partition during normal operation.
