Random screens open and clear bubble

1. Check recently installed software 
Uninstall suspicious third-party apps 
Go to Settings → Apps → Uninstall a program to remove non-essential software 
2. Restart Explorer 
Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc 
Find Windows Explorer → Right-click and select Restart 
3. Disable notifications and alerts 
Settings → System → Notifications 
Turn off: 
"Tips, Tricks and Advice" 
Third-party apps Notifications 
4. Adjust Focus Assistant settings 
Settings → System → Focus Assistant 
Select "Priority Notifications Only" or "Off" 
5. Troubleshooting with Task Manager 
Open Task Manager → Launch Apps 
Disable suspected high-impact startup entries 
6. Troubleshooting with Clean Startup 
Press Win + R and type msconfig 
Go to Services → Check the box "Hide all Microsoft services" → Disable all 
Startup → Open Task Manager → Disable all startup entries Manager → disable all startup entries 
Restart your computer and see if the problem disappears 
7. System Repair 
 Run a system file check 
Run CMD as administrator 
Input the following command: 
cmd 
sfc /scannow 
8. Check Scheduled Tasks 
Press Win + R and input taskschd.msc 
Check the Task Scheduler Library for any suspicious automated tasks 
9. Reset Windows 11 
Settings → System → Recovery → Reset this computer 
Select Keep files (to avoid data loss)
