Quick access problem

Hello

I'm looking for help because I can't find a solution to my problem please.

I need to purge Quick Access and delete any custom pinned folders or files.

I found a solution by deleting this file "f01b4d95cf55d32a.automaticDestinations-ms" in "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations".

This works sometimes but for some computers the file is automatically recreated with some old pinned folders just like there was a backup of this file somewhere and when I delete it the file is recreated with this backup.

I just want that Quick Access restored by default.

Thanks for your help.

Reset the Quick Access view, or delete the .automaticDestinations-ms file under

    %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations and restart.
