Question PC reboot loop when trying to Install Windows 10 from USB stick ?

My PC blue screened last week. It was too quick to see the error message. Then I was stuck in the automatic repair loop.

After some testing, I think the HDD failed (which has win 10 on it). I tested it using a usb adapter and none of the testing services showed any info about it (beyond it was detected). I also got the 0xc00000e error .

I have a SSD and want to install Windows on it. I've got a USB stick with Windows 10 on it (downloaded from Microsoft). However, I'm having difficulties installing it.

The USB stick is detected but when I boot from it, the Asus or Windows logo appears, the spinning circle appears for a couple of seconds, then a red line flashes across the screen and the PC reboots. Then the cycle starts over, again and again.

I've tried fiddling with the BIOS settings, taken the GPU out, and nothing works.

If anyone has any help that would be greatly appreciated.

The issue may be due to a corrupted USB installer or BIOS settings. Try recreating the bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool and ensure Secure Boot is disabled and CSM is enabled in BIOS.

Recreate your Windows 10 USB using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. Use a different USB stick if possible. When creating the USB, select the UEFI option (preferably GPT partition scheme for UEFI systems).
