Productivity degradation - Taskbar buttons cannot be ungrouped (or optionally when full)

I have upgraded to W11.

BUT could not find where and how to set grouping/ungrouping behavior of the Taskbar.

It looks like there is not this feature at all.

This hinders productivity. It seems I downgraded from W10 to W11.

I do not understand why Microsoft does this.

TO Microsoft: please, bring this feature BACK!

Is there any way how to do it without installing 3rd parties’ software?
