Product-key sticker damaged.

I have buy window 11 but when I scratch product key sticker  has damaged what can I do ?  I read topic from ms website they tell me ms support can gen new product key  so I cant activate my window . vendor tell me cant do anything except buy new window 11 for key that I cant double purchased
