Hi, Kapil Arya,
In the article you sent, on 2nd Fix i remembered how i fixed my problems with sounds. So if anybody can't fix you have to:
1. Open Run and type mmsys.cpl in the dialog box. Press Enter to open the Sound window.
2. Go to the Recording.
3. Double-click on your microphone to open its Properties tab.
4. Go to Advanced ( or Additional ).
5. And you just have to take away every check mark on "Monopoly access mode" and "Signal improvement".
It helped me and now my microphone working properly.
